Knightyme Video Tours start at only $225, making them an affordable and indispensable part of your marketing campaign. Every video tour we offer is a complete package including the initial video shoot, video editing, license-free custom music, custom voice over, and a link to your online video which may be emailed, posted on your website, added to blogs, or anything else Internet based! As a part of our residential package, we will post the video tours to your MLS listings for free. For your convenience, you may pay by cash, check, or credit card. Payment isn't due until the production of your video tour is complete.

COMMUNITY ADD-ON: $35.00 per amenity
The community add-ons are a one-time purchase per community: this extra community footage will be available for you to use in any other video tours for listings you have (or get in the future) within that community! This is a perfect add-on for any agent who does not want a separate Community Video Tour but would like to feature some of the community's amenities in a residential video tour.

SEASONAL UPDATES: $150.00
The Seasonal Updates option is the newest addition to our services, and it provides an affordable way to ensure that the look of your video tour matches the current season if the season should change while your property is listed. With a seasonal update, the exterior of the property is re-shot and inserted into the existing video--replacing the original exterior footage. The newly updated video tour is then posted to your listing.



TERMS:

Payment is required immediately upon project completion.

Timely production of your video tour is dependant upon our ability to access the location at the mutually-agreed date and time. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated as soon as possible. An additional travel charge may be assessed if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time prior to the shoot date, or if the videographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.

In no event shall we be held responsible for any damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for a tour.
