How much does a Knightyme Video Tour cost, and what are my options?
A Knightyme Video Residential Tour starts at $225.00, and Community Video Tours are $499.00. For Commercial Video Tours, please call us for pricing. Each type of tour includes full motion video with custom music and professional voice over narration. For residential video tours, the price includes linking and posting your video tour to Realtor.com, FMLS, and/or GAMLS (if applicable).
When do I have to pay for the video tour?
Full payment is due immediately upon project completion.
How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks (made out to Knightyme Studios Inc.) or credit cards--which may be paid online directly from the invoice through an encrypted secure connection.
Why do video tours cost more than 360 degree virtual tours?
Simple: our videos sell homes while other tours do not. Every Knightyme Video Tour consists of an entire walk-through of the property with custom voice over,
whereas 360 degree tours are shot from a single vantage point (usually in the
center of each room), they do not include detailed narration, and do not give the viewer a sense of what it feels like to
actually walk through the home the way a Knightyme Video Tour does.

How do I order a video tour?
Ordering a video tour is simple--just fill out one of our online order forms which can be found on the COST page. Upon successful submission, you'll
immediately receive a follow-up confirmation email.
I've placed an order--now what happens?
We will coordinate with you and set a date and time for the initial video shoot, and in most cases our videographers are available to
shoot your property within just a few days.
What is the process and how long will it take to
complete the property tour?
Outlined below is a summary of our process.

1. You fill out the online order form.
2. We shoot the property, edit the footage, add music and custom narration, and send you the link in an invoice.
3. Once paid, we release your video to the public and post your video tour to your listings. Easy as 1-2-3!
Can I post my Knightyme Video Tour on my own realtor web page?
Yes. We will provide you with a link that you can easily post on your web page or paste into your emails.
Who hosts the videos once they are completed?
Your Video Tours are hosted on our Knightyme Studios Video Tour servers.
What geographic area do you cover?
Knightyme Video Tours operates in the Metro Atlanta area; however, arrangements may
be made for distant locations.
How many rooms and exteriors do you film?
Unless otherwise told, the videographer will film the entire interior and exterior of the property.
What is the length of a typical Knightyme Video Tour?
Depending on the size of the property, a typical Knightyme Video Tour will run
between 4 and 8 minutes in length.
How much time will I need to allocate?
None. The required 7-digit Call Before Showing (CBS) number gives our videographers access to the property
with our Supraekey. The rest of the process is handled at our studios.
Do I need to be onsite for the video tour?
No.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Video Tour, please call us at 678-318-1468 x 587. Schedule changes made
within 24 hours of your scheduled video shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.
Can still photos for the listing be taken?
Yes. Digital still photos are available as an add-on.
